2025 Vashon Summer Nights: Celebrating the Beginning & End of Summer

Vashon Summer Nights is a wonderful, new festive tradition on Vashon Island.

Throughout the year, Vashon comes together on the first Friday of each month. This includes specials, celebrations and art displays across our wonderful community.

For the past few years, the Chamber has added to the fun by closing a one block portion of uptown Vashon Highway. This focused closure has been extremely fun, but also limited the involvement of other businesses and safety of attendees.

This year, we’re bookending summer with larger road closures on June 6th and September 6th. Roads will be closed from 5 p.m. till 8 p.m. from Ober Park to the Theatre. This allows for extended summer celebration and a safer environment.
